The school year is going by quickly; here we are in the month of February already! It is a short month, but filled with many special and fun activities!
Summer Camp
We are thrilled to announce that Rollingwood Academy will be offering an exciting Summer Camp program throughout the month of June! We have carefully designed four fun-filled sessions that are guaranteed to entertain and engage your children. From educational adventures to outdoor exploration, our Summer Camp promises a memorable and enriching experience for your kids. If you're interested in enrolling your child, please complete the Summer Camp registration form at your earliest convenience to secure their spot. 100th Day of School
On February 13th, Rollingwood Academy is all set to celebrate a momentous milestone as we eagerly approach our 100th day of school! It's a day filled with boundless excitement and a myriad of fun activities that emphasize both learning and enjoyment. Our students will have the opportunity to engage in various educational games and projects centered around the number 100, showcasing their mathematical prowess and creativity. From constructing impressive 100-piece structures to crafting imaginative artworks, we aim to make the 100th day an unforgettable and enjoyable experience for all. So mark your calendars and join us in celebrating this remarkable journey of learning and laughter on February 13th!
Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day at Rollingwood is a day where we spread our love and appreciation for friendship! Each class will exchange valentines on February 14th. Please send in valentines for each student in your child’s class, and we’ll take care of the rest. The teachers have requested that you not “address” the valentines–just sign them with your child’s name. (This way the children can easily pass them out.) Remember, some classrooms are nut free. Any food items should be unopened in store bought packaging. Please keep treats to one per child.
Children that do not attend school on this day will pass out and receive their valentines on Thursday.
Inclement Weather Policy
As a reminder, be sure to check our website www.rollingwoodacademy.com, Instagram, and Class Dojo for any school closings or delays. You will also get an email as soon as a decision is made. We typically follow the public school’s closings initially, however we will always aim to open if possible. We try our best to keep children, parents, and our staff safe!
