Dear RWA Parents,
As we near the end of the school year, we look back and are so proud of the achievements of all the children! We look forward to finishing the school year with lots of learning and fun!
Sunscreen/Bug Spray
As the weather continues to get warmer and warmer, the students try to get outside as much as possible. If your child is sensitive to the sun or bug bites, please remember to put sunscreen/bug spray on him/her before coming to school!
Musical Fun with Mr. Hyson
Come enjoy a fun-filled morning with our special musical guest Mr. Hyson on May 5th, 10:30- 11:15 am. Tuesday/ Thursday, students and parents are welcome to attend. Parents/guests may bring a lawn chair to the event.
Teacher Appreciation
Teacher Appreciation Week is May 8th-12th. Below you will find the calendar of events.
Monday- Favorite Things- Shower your teacher with their favorite snacks and gift cards
Tuesday- Treat Tuesday- Bring in a special treat for your teacher.
Wednesday- You Help Us Grow- Bring your teacher a flower or plant.
Thursday- Thank You Note- Craft a handwritten note, card, or drawing for your teacher.
Friday- Let's Taco Bout Our Amazing Teachers!- Taco lunch provided by Rollingwood Admin
Don't hesitate to contact admin if you would like a list of your teacher's favorite things.
Kindergarten Graduation
We are looking forward to a lovely graduation ceremony on Friday, May 12th! Our performance will start in the Kindergarten classroom for a viewing of our video at 10:00 am. We will then proceed to the stage for the ceremony, followed by cake and fellowship. Parents may set up their lawn chairs in front of the stage anytime on the morning of the event.
FIELD DAY // LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!
The last day of school for students is Friday, June 2nd. All T/TH students are invited to attend on this day from 10 am-1 pm. (All parents are invited to join us outside from 10:00-1:00 pm).
Each class will go to each Field Day station and then enjoy a picnic lunch. We encourage you to dress your child in comfortable clothes that you don't mind if it gets dirty.
Gate Duty Line
As a friendly reminder absolutely no parking in the gate duty line, we appreciate your cooperation.
