A New Year, New Adventures: Welcome to 2025/2026!

Welcome Back to the 2025/2026 School Year!

Dear Rollingwood Academy Families,

We hope you enjoyed a wonderful summer and are excited for the start of the 2025/2026 school year! As we prepare to welcome our students, parents, and staff back, we are filled with enthusiasm for the learning and growth ahead.

With less than a month remaining before school begins, here are some important dates and events to keep in mind:

Meet Your Teacher Night

Date: Tuesday, August 26th

Time: Drop in anytime between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity for students and parents to meet teachers, explore classrooms, and start building connections that will support a successful year.

First Day of School

Date: Tuesday, September 2nd

We are excited to see our students return for another year of discovery and achievement. Please ensure your child comes prepared and eager to learn. On the first day, remember to send your child with:

  • A backpack (large enough for a folder), labeled with their name 

  • A water bottle, labeled with their name 

  • Lunch box, labeled with their name 

  • Snacks, labeled with their name

Important Reminder:

If you haven't already, please turn in a copy of your child's birth certificate and school physical. You can bring these documents to Meet Your Teacher Night or email them to info@rollingwoodacademy.com.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

To ensure a smooth and safe transition for everyone, please follow these procedures:

  • Walking Children to Classrooms: Families who prefer to walk their children to class should park on the street. 

  • Carpool Line: For faster drop-offs without walking in, please use the carpool line. Ms. Susan and Ms. Evelyn will assist two cars at a time, helping children enter the building safely. After those cars exit, the line will proceed. 

  • Preparation: Please be ready to help your child exit quickly to keep the line moving smoothly. 

  • Safety: Do not pass other cars in the carpool line.

These procedures apply to both drop-off at 9:00 AM and pick-up times at 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM.
